You will join a team developing state-of-the-art general-purpose robots designed to operate in human spaces and with human tools. It is designed to work alongside humans, mobilize to human spaces, and manipulate the world around it.

As the office coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in making a great first impression, ensuring the efficient functioning of our reception environment, and assisting in many exciting ongoing office operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at multitasking. This hourly role is on-site 5 days a week.


Key Responsibilities

· Primary responsibility will be ensuring consistent, professional reception coverage – greeting guests and visitors, directing incoming guest traffic, managing in/out log as well as NDA process and organization, maintaining the front office aesthetics

· Assisting with daily conference room preparation, turnover, and restocking

· Daily kitchen maintenance and breakroom restocking

· Office supply restocking

· Ordering occasional lunches and assisting with set up and break down

· Assisting with occasional events and social activities

· Assisting other departments with occasional support

· Checking voicemail and forwarding messages appropriately


Required Skills

· You have proven experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or customer service role (2+ years)

· You have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

· You are detail oriented

· You are punctual and reliable

· You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· You must be able to consistently maintain high level of discretion, professionalism, and diplomacy

· You have a positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment

· You have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

· You have a high school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a technical background or a startup a plus

· Experience/familiarity with Adobe Sign, Envoy, Canva, Jira, Confluence a plus


Education and Experience 

· High school diploma or equivalent

· At least 2 years of administrative, receptionist or customer service experience
