The Office Coordinator will report to the Office Supervisor and be a valued contributor to the Hospitality Team. The incumbent will be responsible for all duties relating to the maintenance and organization of the workplace with a general focus on the reception desk as well as the office kitchen and its inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Office Supervisor and Hospitality Team member to order and distribute weekly lunches
  • Help manage relationships with outside catering and office supply vendors
  • General reception desk duties that include answering calls, collecting and sorting mail and assisting with mailing out letters
  • Maintain all kitchen appliances and ensure the kitchen’s cleanliness
  • Coordinate aspects of the building management work order system by initializing new requests, following up on open work orders and scheduling of general office maintenance
  • General scheduling and set up of conference rooms and upkeep of pantries and common areas

Qualifications:

  • Up to 5 years of experience in hospitality or an office administrative position
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude/team player
  • Experience with Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
