Description
Sun Title is currently looking to hire an Office Coordinator/Post Closing Specialist for our Big Rapids location. This role would be responsible for managing administrative duties of the branch, including greeting customers, answering the phone, and stocking supplies. This role is also responsible for reviewing the entire file for accuracy and completeness and will be responsible for the completion of the transaction including scanning documents, confirming all disbursements are completed. While previous title, escrow, or disbursements experience is helpful, we are willing to train a candidate who has a strong and high attention to detail.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting customers and clients and directing individuals to the correct destination
- Providing general clerical and administrative support to the branch
- Coordinating and processing outgoing and incoming deliveries
- Ensuring office is stocked with required supplies
- Process incoming and outgoing wires
- Conduct quality control checks of physical files in order to send out payoffs and lender packages
- Maintain professional relationship with coworkers as well as external clients
- Disbursements
- Issuing Final policies
