Reviews title commitments, liens, deeds, purchase agreements, and other real estate documents to identify defects and clear transactions. Collaborates with escrow officers, title examiners, and underwriters; delivers lender and closing documentation; manages transaction data, updates, payoffs, and fees in title software; and prepares deeds, discharges, and powers of attorney. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, title software familiarity, a high school diploma or GED, and a Title Producer’s License within one month of hire.

Provide front-desk and administrative support: greet clients, answer phones, manage supplies and deliveries, process wires, scan and QC files, confirm disbursements, issue final policies, and complete post-closing transactions.

Manage full-service escrow closings by coordinating transactions, preparing settlement statements and escrow instructions, ordering title and payoff updates, verifying tax and loan documents, disbursing funds, and communicating with agents, lenders, and clients. Ensure compliance with state regulations, maintain accurate records, support branch staff, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the escrow process.

Conduct comprehensive commercial property title examinations, analyze legal documents, resolve complex title issues, prepare detailed title reports, verify public records, ensure compliance, coordinate with underwriters and managers, communicate with internal clients, and train junior staff.
