The Office Coordinator is responsible for the administrative and clerical functions of an office, to allow for effective and efficient operations. This position coordinates and schedules events, activities and programs for the office, as well as executes a variety of administrative tasks depending on the requirements of the office.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Completes data entry and retrieves required information, leveraging various computer software and applications.
Reconciles daily cash deposits and cash handling.
Makes necessary membership adjustments, processing cancellations, renewals, leaves of absences, new billing method, adding and removing added services.
Schedules meetings and records meeting minutes.
Processes Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Maintains accurate facility records and statistics; runs reports as required.
Greets visitors upon their arrival, provide them any information and directs them accordingly.
Answers multi-line telephone answering the callers' questions or directing caller to the appropriate party.
Performs various administrative functions to support the office, such as making copies, scanning documents, sending faxes, typing letters and documents.
Coordinates and completes office functions such as records and file management, mail receipt and routing, electronic file management.
Works on shared document sites, including SharePoint and Teams updating, modifying files and folders as directed.
Collaborates with office departments to receive, route, prepare and distribute office communications including emails and letters.
This position works Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. A weekend or holiday may be required on occasion.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED Required
1 year Excel, MS products Required and
1 year Accounts Payable/Receivable Preferred and
1 year Office/Administrative Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association Preferred and
First Aid (AID) - American Heart Association Preferred
