How you’ll be impactful:
As an Office & Communication Manager, your mission aims to frame the image of the brand internally and externally.
Please note: This role will require being in our Paris office at least 3 days per week, including Mondays.
What you’ll be doing:
- Social networks for French-speaking sites (Kang.fr, Viversum.fr and other upcoming sites) in collaboration with the Junior Social Media Manager.
- Implementation of the editorial strategy for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Content creation: shooting, selection of advisor profiles to highlight and ranking of relevant content in correlation with our inbound marketing objectives
- Getting in touch with influencers
- Survey of communities on the web that can influence the awareness of our site
- Reporting and data analysis
- Participation in cross-country meetings to develop common good practices
- Organization of events and travel teams/management
- Organization of events for our community of advisors and our community of clients (breakfasts, conferences and webinars...)
- Setting up stands at trade shows, both in terms of logistics and layout (decoration and choice of goodies)
- Animation and implementation of Team Building and seminars to develop interaction between the teams
- Organization of the Management’s trips and events as part of the development of a 1EU team
- Follow-up of events requested by the 'Global Office' team across France (participation in meetings, update of the cultural agenda...)
- Animation and monitoring of communities
- Brand image monitoring
- Implementation of special operations for the advisors
- Writing newsletters and organizing events for the community
- Animation of the CRM
- Write creative briefs for emails and newsletters / tracking deliveries, creation and routing of email or SMS campaigns
- Follow-up of customer retention CRM plans
- Implementation of a Direct Marketing operations planning
What you’ll need to be successful:
Strong proficiency in spoken English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
