Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain security and safety of the office premises.
- Monitor entry and exit of staff, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Keep the office premises clean, organized, and secure.
- Open and close the office as required.
- Maintain visitor, security, and daily activity registers.
- Receive and coordinate incoming calls, messages, couriers, and deliveries.
- Attend to basic office support and administrative tasks.
- Monitor CCTV and security systems, where applicable.
- Report any suspicious activity, damage, incident, or emergency immediately.
- Ensure proper locking and security of doors, windows, equipment, and other assets.
- Assist management/staff with routine office requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Responsible, trustworthy, and alert.
- Good communication and basic office-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of reading, writing, and maintaining registers.
- Previous experience in office/security work preferred.
- Willingness to work 24-hour duty as per the organization's schedule and applicable labour rules.
