Position summary
As an Office coordinator you will be responsible for handling a variety of office related activities – managing reception of the AML RightSource office, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, supporting visitors and vendors, coordinating facility related activities and event organization.
The Office coordinator should be able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties, balance priorities, support key initiatives and administer processes.
Primary Responsibilities:

Managing all office-related communication, incoming and outgoing packages.

Greeting and assisting visitors when they arrive at the office.

Overseeing the office space by ensuring the good condition of all room set ups, furniture, and technical equipment.

Responding to and addressing various requests and issues raised by colleagues.

Coordinates maintenance of the office facility and solution to any facility issues as well as the execution of its upgrades and/or office space rearrangements.

Supports organization of company events and coordinates logistics.

Communication with all vendors and suppliers and processes all related documents as needed.
Requirements:

Very good command of English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

At least 1 year of experience as Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role

Attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple requests and work in a fast-paced office environment.

Composure and positive attitude.
