Location: Business Building C, The Mall, Sofia, Bulgaria
Work mode: On-site

Job Summary

Nuvei is seeking a proactive and welcoming Front Desk Administrator to join our Sofia office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a professional front desk experience while supporting day-to-day administrative and travel coordination tasks for our international team.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Professional appearance and customer service-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with travel booking platforms is an advantage
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in an international corporate environment

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and deliveries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Provide general administrative support to internal departments
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for employees and guests (flights, hotels, transportation)
