Prairie Farms Dairy is looking to fill an office position in the local Olney Office. We are looking for someone with a strong customer service background, efficient time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong problem solving skills. You need to be able to multi task while working in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities will vary by position and company need but will include some or all of the following:
- Provide Customer Service to Customers over the phone.
- 10-key order entry
- Email Correspondence with Customers
- Process Orders for Load Scheduling
- Balance products shipped with products delivered
- Figure and process deposits
- Process Statements
- Perform Daily Office Functions
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to 10 Key
- Basic knowledge of Word
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work Fluently with Email
- Ability to work ALL HOLIDAYS.
- Ability to work some long irregular hours and weekends as needed
