Provide regional onsite IT support across multiple plants, branches, and distribution centers. Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, network, and handheld/mobile devices; install and configure workstations, printers, and network devices. Execute infrastructure projects, assist corporate IT teams, handle escalated help-desk tickets, and document work.

Operate and learn production equipment; perform quality, seal, date, and weight checks; complete production records; troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance; relieve positions as needed; lift up to 80 lbs and work varying hours/shifts with overtime.

Deliver dairy products on a local route, load/unload cases and pallets, perform daily vehicle safety checks, follow DOT and company safety/GMP/SOP standards, maintain inventory rotation and customer relationships, lift heavy items, and be home nightly. Union membership required after 91 days.

Perform cheese packaging tasks per company specifications: operate and inspect packaging equipment, follow GMP/safety/sanitation procedures, complete paperwork and inventory tasks (Infinium), assist with training, and support cleanup and cross-functional duties.

The Account Manager serves as the main point of contact for sales activities, manages customer relationships, seeks new clients, conducts business reviews, and monitors sales reports.

The Ice Cream Parlor Manager oversees daily operations, leads staff, ensures customer satisfaction, manages inventory, and upholds cleanliness and safety standards.

The Quality Assurance Trainee assists the Corporate QA program, oversees food safety and quality at manufacturing locations, conducts audits, and provides training.

Serve as a senior employee relations partner providing guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, investigations, and unemployment claims. Lead case management in ServiceNow and ADP, analyze trends to recommend policy and process improvements, present findings to leadership, support manager capability building, and lead ER initiatives to reduce organizational risk and improve employee experience.

Operate packaging equipment to bag/box cheese, weigh and record counts/weights, inspect equipment, follow GMP/sanitation/safety procedures, assist with cleanup and other manufacturing areas, and complete required paperwork to meet production schedules.

Perform microbiological and chemical testing of finished products and raw materials, operate and calibrate lab equipment, maintain sanitation and paperwork per SOPs, ensure food safety/SQF and GMP compliance, communicate quality issues to production, and obtain required antibiotic testing certification.

Oversee plant production activities, ensure production targets, quality and safety are met, supervise production staff, and report to the Plant Manager. (See attached job description for full duties.)

Supervise cooler and loadout operations, managing a crew of 15+ to ensure accurate product counts, proper rotation, safe loading/unloading, paperwork completion, scheduling, and communication between production, branches, and customers. Enforce safety, sanitation, quality, and productivity standards while covering flexible shifts and fostering continuous improvement and team development.

Prepare, load, and unload coolers and trucks; maintain cleanliness and safety; assist with inventory tracking; complete daily paperwork; collaborate to meet production goals; follow safety and handling protocols in extreme temperature conditions.

Operate company-owned or leased trucks over 4 tons to pick up, transport, and deliver creamery products; perform vehicle inspections and maintenance reporting; follow GMP and safety rules; maintain DOT/OSHA certifications; complete documentation; provide customer service and assist team operations.
