Manage customer payments and outstanding balances: post checks and ACH, process daily transactions, run aging and analysis reports, research and dispute deductions, pursue delinquent accounts, communicate with customers and internal contacts, and maintain accurate records while supporting AR management and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.

Supervise a production team (10+), oversee production, storage, refrigeration, sanitation, inventory, scheduling, training and quality. Enforce GMP, OSHA, EPA, and quality standards; manage customer complaints, purchasing, documentation, and lead the quality team.

Oversee shift manufacturing and plant operations, lead work area teams to meet safety, food safety, quality and productivity goals, drive continuous improvement, coach team leaders, manage staffing and performance, collaborate with quality/sanitation/supply chain, and support capital and cost-reduction initiatives.

Operate and learn production equipment; perform quality, seal, date, and weight checks; complete production records; troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance; relieve positions as needed; lift up to 80 lbs and work varying hours/shifts with overtime.

The Ice Cream Parlor Manager oversees daily operations, leads staff, ensures customer satisfaction, manages inventory, and upholds cleanliness and safety standards.

Perform cheese packaging tasks per company standards: operate and inspect packaging equipment, follow GMP/sanitation and safety procedures, complete paperwork and inventory tasks (Infinium), assist training, and support production and cleanup to meet daily packaging schedules.

Operate a semi or straight truck on assigned local routes delivering dairy products. Load/unload product, perform vehicle safety checks, follow DOT and company GMP/SOP/quality standards, maintain inventory rotation, build customer relationships, and lift heavy loads (up to 100 lbs). Home daily; scheduled 4am-4pm on specified weekdays.

Perform general plant labor, machine operation, and warehouse/shipping tasks in a dairy plant. Duties include lifting and moving heavy product, standing/walking entire shifts, working in cold environments as required, and following safety and quality procedures. Work 2nd/3rd shift, Monday–Saturday with one weekday off.

Operate company trucks to transport, pick up, and relocate creamery products; perform vehicle inspections and maintenance reports; follow GMP and safety rules; maintain DOT/OSHA certifications; complete documentation and provide customer service.
