Develop and lead the organization’s ESG strategy, roadmap, metrics, disclosures, risk processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional ESG data collection, validation, assurance, and reporting for investors, regulators, and other stakeholders. Manage ESG policies, governance structures, stakeholder engagement, environmental programs, social initiatives, and executive briefings. Translate regulatory and stakeholder expectations into operational requirements while embedding ESG considerations into business decisions, risk management, and major projects.

Supports comprehensive HR functions in a unionized manufacturing plant, including labor and employee relations, grievance administration, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, investigations, performance management, training, compliance, and employee engagement. Partners with plant leadership, supervisors, employees, and union representatives while helping administer the collective bargaining agreement and maintain compliance with employment, food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace policies.

Manage customer payments and outstanding balances: post checks and ACH, process daily transactions, run aging and analysis reports, research and dispute deductions, pursue delinquent accounts, communicate with customers and internal contacts, and maintain accurate records while supporting AR management and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.

The Human Resources Generalist supports broad HR functions, including maintaining personnel and medical files, interviewing, background checks, employee onboarding, benefits assistance, FMLA and workers’ compensation tracking, attendance and absence documentation, employee discipline, unemployment claims, training records, audits, government reporting, and HR projects. The role also provides employee support, coordinates work across teams, and may lead projects or staff while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

Supervise 10+ production employees and oversee production, sanitation, storage, refrigeration, inventory, and load-out operations. Ensure compliance with GMPs, OSHA, EPA, quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Manage staffing, scheduling, training, documentation, audits, inspections, purchasing, customer complaints, and startup/shutdown procedures. This is a hands-on floor leadership role requiring SQF and PCQI certification, physical stamina, and flexibility to work varying hours.

Operates dairy processing and packaging equipment; connects pipes, assembles fittings, controls valves and pumps, sanitizes equipment, mixes ingredients, and tests products. Loads and unloads milk trailers, moves cases onto conveyors, prepares orders, verifies trailer contents, and maintains cooler cleanliness and inventory rotation. The role requires heavy physical labor, chemical handling, accurate recordkeeping, safe work practices, and working in refrigerated and warm environments.

Provides friendly customer service, takes orders, operates the point-of-sale system, prepares and serves ice cream products, handles cash transactions, restocks supplies, follows food safety procedures, maintains clean customer and work areas, and assists with opening and closing duties. Loads and unloads milk trailers, moves product cases onto conveyors, verifies orders, and maintains cooler organization and cleanliness. Requires heavy physical labor in cold and warm environments, chemical handling, climbing, and adherence to safety procedures.

Oversee shift manufacturing and plant operations, lead work area teams to meet safety, food safety, quality and productivity goals, drive continuous improvement, coach team leaders, manage staffing and performance, collaborate with quality/sanitation/supply chain, and support capital and cost-reduction initiatives.

Route drivers load and unload dairy products, operate semi-trucks or straight trucks, deliver products to assigned customers, maintain vehicle safety and inventory standards, follow DOT and company policies, and build customer relationships. Drivers must perform physical product handling, including lifting up to 100 pounds, and are home every night. The position requires a CDL and at least one year of driving experience.

Perform hand-packing, loading/unloading and moving refrigerated product in a UHT distribution center. Work rotating 6am–6pm schedule in ~34°F conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, maintain dock cleanliness, follow GMPs/SOPs and quality standards, and pass required aptitude, physical, drug and background checks.

Perform loading/unloading and palletizing of products for coolers and trucks, maintain cleanliness and safety, conduct routine equipment checks, assist inventory tracking, follow OSHA/GMP and company PPE policies, and meet daily production goals.

Manage and implement dairy quality assurance and administrative programs, ensure regulatory compliance (HACCP, SSOP), oversee lab/testing, supplier quality, recalls, audits, training, budgeting, data entry (AS400), and facility inspections to maintain product quality and safety.

Home daily; scheduled 4am-4pm on specified weekdays.

Lead and supervise production staff to ensure efficient manufacturing and compliance with food safety, GMPs, OSHA, and quality assurance standards. Schedule equipment and personnel, train employees, monitor attendance and equipment efficiency, and resolve product and employee issues.

Provide phone and email customer service, perform 10-key order entry, process orders for load scheduling, balance shipped/delivered products, handle deposits and statements, and perform daily office functions in a fast-paced environment.
