About Us:
Hino Distributors (NZ) Ltd was established in 1983 and is the sole distributor of Hino Trucks in New Zealand. Offering an exciting range of light, medium, and heavy-duty premium Japanese trucks via a national sales network.
About the role:
Busy and varied role. Involves frontline reception duties, alongside product, sales administration to support our Technical and Sales Team. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
• Travel & accommodation bookings for staff
• Accounts and invoice processing
• Mail distribution
• Paperwork for truck arrivals
• Technical documentation preparation
Your skills and experience:
• Minimum two years' experience in an office administration or similar role.
• Proficient with computers and systems, with competence in the MS Office
suite.
• Sound communicator.
• Customer-focused with good organisational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, with a flexible attitude.
