Office Aide

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintains high level of cleanliness in all office and laboratory areas including sweeping floors, vacuuming and spot cleaning carpets, emptying trash bins, cleaning equipment, furniture, appliances, restrooms, training rooms, meeting rooms, pantries, etc.
• Maintains supplies for all areas.
• Arranges for and serves food or beverages for clients and other internal training or meetings.
• May arrange meeting rooms or other venues for various meetings.
• Assists in delivering and/or picking up materials, supplies, parcels and mail inside and outside of the organization.
• May assist in other clerical tasks when necessary.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Some higher secondary education preferred.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
