The Office Administrator is a full-time position. This individual will be responsible for
supporting our office & its personnel in Bengaluru. The role is in-office and requires the

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer all incoming phone calls and redirect as necessary.
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Planning and executing of events within the office in partnership with other stakeholders including HR, people experience, and department leaders.
- Managing the access control system software including the printing of credentials, activation & deactivation of credentials, and tracking of temporary badges.
- Keep the office/kitchen tidy and Stationery items stocked.
- Assisting in and completing preparation for meetings, both virtual and in-person.
- Greeting and registering all visitors to the office.
- Manage employee gifting for life events (marriages, birth of children, etc.).
- Coordinate food deliveries during leaders’ site visits.
- Other duties as assigned – this role supports the office and its occupants andflexibility are required.

- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel, Slack, andother cloud-based applications.
- Event planning.
- Proficiency booking travel online.
- Strong organization skills.

Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing an access control platform.
Strong knowledge of building systems including mechanical, electrical, & plumbing.
Knowledge of typical means & methods of construction.
Knowledge of the principals of scheduling and Gantt charts.
Environment and Physical Demands
Work is primarily sedentary in nature and can be executed sitting or standing positions
in an office environment.
Requires ability to utilize technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication,
and work with device screens which require visual acuity.
If located in a company office, often requires the mobility to physically navigate the
space.
