We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator to join our team in Nicosia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administration duties
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with external vendors and service providers
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and day-to-day correspondence
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Prepare and serve refreshments (including coffee) when needed
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Perform any ad hoc tasks or duties as requested by management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and work independently
