OverviewTNS is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our Bangkok office. This role is responsible for managing office administration, coordinating facilities and supplies, providing administrative support to the team, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.This is a permanent full-time position.Responsibilities

Essential responsibilities include:
- Receive invoices from supplier, copy and summarize and send to Thailand AP three times a month.
- Receive checks and prepare accounting documents and make payments to suppliers.
- Receive invoices from APAC Billing and send them to customers.
- Issue receipts to receive money and receive payments from customers and enter them into bank accounts.
- Prepare tax documents (PP30, PND53 and PP36) to submit for tax payment every month.
- Coordinate and provide details of the company's work and accounting to the Revenue Department when there is a tax audit every year.
- Submit financial statements each year to the Revenue Department and the Department of Business Development.
- Prepare cash documents and send them to the accountant every month.
- Follow up on documents from the company that provides the salary to prepare for the Revenue Department when called.
- Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail/ packages.
- Manages outgoing deliveries and couriers for staff.
- Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary.
- Ensures adherence to relevant company administrative procedures and policies.
- Liaise with the business to confirm goods/services are received according to PO
- Maintains stationery and office stock lists and orders office supplies as needed.
- Manages staff requests/ reports/ issues related to office and common areas management within building.
- Manages access keys for building and tenancy, and access cards for staffs, visitors and engaged contractors.
- Attends meetings organized by the Building Management on the building updates when requested.
- Performing other ad-hoc duties when needed.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Office Manager
- Fluent in Thai and able to use English as a working language.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrate professionalism, cooperation, courtesy, assertiveness and maintain confidences.
- Provide back-up support to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- BA degree preferred.
