Location: Primary role AWE Aldermaston, but other at other locations as required.
The Office Administrator will provide support for the Senior Planner at AWE Aldermaston on both Clean and Wastewater assets across the AWE clients sites and report directly to them on a day to day basis. They will also be required to deputise and stand in during periods of leave or illness absence.
The successful applicant will be required to have a hands-on attitude and deal directly with stakeholders and contractors, where a high level of customer contact will be required in a busy operational environment.

What you'll be doing:

Your primary role will be to support all planning and operational activities within the clients AMS systems.

Maintain accurate records and update all reporting spreadsheets and work planning systems.

Work closely with the on-site operations and contractors teams, as well as client stakeholder management.

Help plan and deliver maintenance programmes on AWE assets, including CCTV surveys, gully cleaning programmes and inspections subject to training and development.

Routine and reactive management of OWI’s, silt traps and other below ground assets.

Act as the Security Liaison Officer for the AWE contract, managing all security matters on behalf of the Veolia teams working on the AWE.
What we're looking for:

Previous experience of working within a commercial contract environment.

An in-depth knowledge / experience of GIS/ IT systems

High level of computer literacy and organisational skills

Full clean driving licence
-
General awareness in the use of operating procedures and safe systems of work

Must be able to pass a Security Clearance procedure in line with the Ministry of Defence
-
Vetting of preferably already at SC status and able to progress to DV.
