We are looking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role is based in Maidenhead and will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming experience, managing front desk operations, handling communications, and supporting general administrative and housekeeping tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

This is an office-based position of 40 hours per week, working 9am to 6pm (or similar) Monday to Friday (5 days).

Responsibilities include:

  • Meet and greet visitors, clients and suppliers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
  • Manage sign in procedures and issue visitor passes
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage email inboxes and respond to routine enquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Organise meeting set up, refreshments and lunches
  • Deal with deliveries, collections, post and booking couriers
  • Deal with hire vehicle deliveries and collections
  • Assist with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation
  • Assist with housekeeping and general office administration duties as needed

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, ideally in a marketing agency environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, polished and approachable manner
  • Good organisational and time-management abilities
  • Competent in Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Resilient, calm under pressure and able to multitask
  • Discreet and able to handle confidential information
  • Reliable and able to work full time in the office
  • Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
