Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our Driver Training team, reporting to the Operations Manager and based in Sydney Olympic Park with hybrid work-from-home flexibility.

In this role, you'll provide high-quality administrative support across the Driver Training business, helping coordinate resources and schedules, supporting the Transport for NSW Safer Driver Course program, and ensuring operational activities are delivered accurately and efficiently.

This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, stakeholder engagement, customer service and continuous improvement, while working in a collaborative environment that positively impacts road safety outcomes.

 

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the scheduling and administration of the Transport for NSW Safer Driver Course, including facilitator allocation, venue bookings and course setup.
  • Maintain course schedules to support demand requirements, budgets and contractual obligations.
  • Complete administration activities relating to participant attendance, course completion, compliance requirements and funding claims.
  • Prepare and distribute operational reports, including attendance, lesson hours and delivery performance metrics.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices and support financial administration activities.
  • Provide administrative support across Driver Training functions, including scheduling, reporting and data management.
  • Act as a key liaison for Transport for NSW, facilitators, instructors, customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage customer enquiries, booking changes, cancellations and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support compliance activities through accurate reporting, documentation management and data integrity.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding administration, including compliance checks and workforce records management.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the adoption of new systems, digital tools and AI-enabled solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience in administration, coordination or customer service roles.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry and administration.
  • Confidence using multiple technology platforms, databases and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Has a keen interest or experience in using AI technologies to support operational efficiencies and processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Sound problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Ability to organise work effectively and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance, accuracy and professionalism in all activities.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the growth and success of the Driver Training business.
