Role and Responsibilities

Why you’ll love this role?
Every organization runs smoothly because of people who quietly keep the wheels turning — and that’s exactly the role you’d play as our Office Administrator. You’ll make sure employees have what they need to focus on their work while managing the reception, from travel and transportation to office supplies and a well-managed company car fleet, so the wider business can operate without friction, while working closely with employees across the business, management, and external suppliers.
Your work has a direct impact on employee experience, cost control, and the day-to-day efficiency of the office — the kind of behind-the-scenes work that makes a real difference to how the whole team gets things done.

What You’ll be working on:

  • Oversee front-of-house and reception operations, ensuring a well-run and professional office environment.

  • Help coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements for management and employees, ensuring smooth logistics.

  • Support with the company car fleet end-to-end management - ordering, leasing, invoice checks and mileage tracking.

  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies at optimal levels to prevent disruption to daily work.

  • Support with organization of company events and employee activities that strengthen team culture and engagement.

  • Monitor and control office-related costs (mobile, car fuel, etc.) to keep spending on track.

  • Manage supplier relationships, including identifying and onboarding new suppliers.

  • Support employee asset management and the wider team with ad hoc projects upon request.

Skills and Qualifications

What You’ll bring to the team

  • Build trust with stakeholders and communicate complex topics in a clear and practical way.

  • Juggle competing priorities calmly, keeping office operations running smoothly without missing details.

  • Take ownership of problems and resolve them proactively rather than escalating them.

  • Bring structure and organization to ambiguous, fast-moving situations.

  • Handle sensitive information, such as costs, contracts, and employee matters, with discretion.

  • Build strong working relationships with external suppliers and negotiate confidently on the company’s behalf.

  • Spot inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements to how the office runs.

  • Support the team to ensure best possible execution of tasks.

How you will make an impact?

In your first 3 to 6 months, success looks like running office operations independently and reliably — employees rarely notice the effort behind the scenes because everything simply works. You’ll have built dependable relationships with key suppliers, brought visible control and transparency to office costs, and become the go-to person for office-related questions across the business.

  • Deliver high-quality work independently.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

  • Build trust with key stakeholders.

What You’ll get in return

Great work deserves great support.

Alongside competitive rewards, you’ll have access to benefits designed to support your wellbeing, growth and life outside work, such as:

  • Private medical and travel insurance

  • Minimum 20 days annual leave + additional days based on various categories

  • Access to staff sales discounts on a wide range of Samsung products

  • Access to sports and wellness facilities at a lower cost
