We are seeking a talented individual to join our Macau team. This role wil be based in Macau.

We will count on you to:

  • Answer and route calls on the main telephone line in a professional manner.
  • Receive and greet visitors, manage visitor sign-in, and notify internal hosts as needed.
  • Send and receive courier documents and ensure proper logging/hand-off.
  • Provide important local support when urgent physical document handling is required.
  • Support IT facilities by coordinating hardware and software maintenance with relevant support teams/vendors (e.g., scheduling service visits, tracking follow-ups).
  • Arrange office facilities maintenance and coordinate with building management/facilities providers where required.
  • Handle daily office sundry tasks, including ordering fruits, coffee beans, and other office supplies.
  • Support secretarial and office coordination work, including business lunch arrangements.
  • Support planning and coordination for Macau office annual dinner arrangements.
  • Provide other ad hoc office coordination support as assigned.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor Degree holder or above
  • Excellent problem solving skill, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an asset.
  • Proficient in the use of the computer including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, mature, independent, detail-oriented and be responsible.
