As an Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch. Working closely with customers and internal departments, you'll help ensure administrative processes run efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support across the branch
- Greeting customers and managing incoming phone and email enquiries
- Assisting with customer accounts, invoicing, and general documentation
- Coordinating branch administration and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the Sales, Parts, and Service Departments with administrative tasks
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and other business documents
- Maintaining office supplies and assisting with general office coordination
- Contributing to a positive customer experience and supporting the wider team
- Previous administration, reception, or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
- Experience within agriculture, automotive, construction, or a related industry is advantageous but not essential
