SUMMARY
Reporting into the Regional Director, the Office Administrator is responsible for serving as the frontline administrator for the office. This role plays a critical part in working with employees and customers to maintain a welcoming environment in the office.

PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE

  • Responsible for the ordering / procurement of all necessary equipment parts as needed by sites
  • Compile data from vendor invoices and supporting documents to verify accuracy of billing data and to ensure receipt of items ordered
  • Receives and reviews purchase orders, for completeness
  • Compare invoices against purchase orders and shipping and receiving documents to verify receipt of items ordered
  • Contact suppliers regarding errors in partial or duplicate shipments, prices, and substitutions
  • Code, verify, and electronically enter accounts payable data into JDE
  • Follow up on account statements and other discrepancies regarding payment of accounts, and serves as liaison between departments and vendors in the resolution of administrative problems and inquiries
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • 2+ years experience in an office administrator role
  • Experience with JDE software an asset
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills

  • Expected Base Salary: $45,000 – 60,000 per year. The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity, work location and market expectations.
