The Office Administrator ensures office functions are completed efficiently and effectively, and all internal and external stakeholder expectations are met.
This role is based out of Sudbury ON.What You Will Be Working On
  • Support the teams on site with administrative duties, project coordination, and office management tasks.

  • Collect, track, coordinate, and file documents on local drives.

  • Schedule and coordinate in-house training sessions.

  • Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies.

  • Manage office equipment, including printer toner replacements and service requests.

  • Order lunch for meetings and events as needed.

  • Help plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other office activities.

  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all office administration-related communications.

  • Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Someone outgoing, confident, and overall pleasant—someone who enjoys planning events and being a team champion for the office.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

  • Ability to forge, grow, and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude and adapt to a dynamic jobsite environment.
