Location: Draper, Utah
Pay: $20–$22/hour
Position: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator / Receptionist to provide day-to-day administrative support and help keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed.

Responsibilities

- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Manage general office organization and administrative tasks
- Assist with light QuickBooks and basic accounting/data entry
- Handle scheduling, emails, filing, and document organization
- Assist with occasional business and personal errands
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate general office needs
