  • Knowledgeable in HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control) and JHA (Job Hazard Analysis)

  • Familiar with DOLE OSH standards, toolbox meetings, safety audits, and incident reporting
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring workplace safety programs
  • Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations

  • Ability to enforce safety policies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple safety initiatives simultaneously
