JOB OVERIVEW

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a natural talent for problem-solving. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities with ease, and is committed to delivering high-quality support to both clients and internal team members.

Primary Responsibilities

General Office Support

  • Data Entry and Document Management – client onboarding
  • Administrative Assistance

              New Business Support

  • Document Management – gathering forms, assist in completion, filing/saving documents
  • Underwriting Management – ordering/coordination of insurance exams and medical records
  • Administrative Assistance & Data Entry
  • Attendance and Participation in team meetings

              Product/Inforce Support

  • Document Management – pulling forms, assist in completion, filing/saving documents
  • Policy Change and Lapse Pending Process Management
  • Administrative Assistance & Data Entry
  • Attendance and Participation in team meetings

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Life Insurance experience is preferred

COMPENSATION: 

The national average Hourly Rate for this role is $25.65 - $30.77 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
