We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Chesterfield office team. This role is ideal for professionals looking to expand their impact by supporting office operations, facilities, and onboarding-related functions. As a central point of contact for daily office activities, this position offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments, manage key administrative processes, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

This role involves strategic coordination, operational oversight, and a strong focus on service delivery. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is ready to take on new challenges.

This position supports our Chesterfield, MO office and will have no possibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including mail handling and meeting room coordination.
  • Oversee office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and welcoming workspace.
  • Assist with onboarding related tasks and employee support initiatives.
  • Track and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Process invoices and monitor departmental expenses.
  • Maintain record retention files in accordance with company policy.
  • Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge Required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Familiarity with office operations and administrative procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience required.
  • 1–2 years of administrative assistant or office support experience highly preferred.
  • Additional training or coursework in office administration is a plus.
