As our Office Administrative Assistant you’ll be the go-to person who keeps our Stoughton office running smoothly, supports our amazing team, and helps shape a positive, productive workplace culture. You’ll wear many hats, juggle exciting projects, and be a key player in our company’s continued success.


What You’ll Do:

🗂 Administrative Excellence

  • Masterfully manage calendars, coordinate travel, and support company events and charitable initiatives.
  • Assist with HR operations, including recruiting logistics, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Keep our organization charts and distribution lists up to date and accurate.

🏢 Office Leadership

  • Be the welcoming face of our office Tuesday–Thursday (remote Mondays and Fridays).
  • Greet visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Coordinate meetings and trainings—think room setup, refreshments, and materials.
  • Keep our office stocked, organized, and sparkling—from supplies to break rooms to whiteboards.

🎉 Culture & Events

  • Help plan and execute fun and meaningful employee events and celebrations.
  • Support company-wide initiatives with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Handle special requests like ordering flowers, assembling swag, and more.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in office administration, executive support, or HR coordination roles.
  • Prior internship or hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional office environment is a strong plus.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and supporting HR or recruitment or onboarding processes is highly desirable.

Skills & Tools:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills—you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
