Drive strategy, change management, workforce planning, project governance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment. Lead manufacturer and health system partnerships to expand limited distribution drug access, manage account relationships, resolve access barriers, support market access initiatives, lead presentations/RFPs, ensure regulatory and REMS compliance, and drive specialty pharmacy growth through cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.

Lead enterprise sales into non-profit health systems for specialty pharmacy partnerships. Build financial models and board-ready narratives, manage multi-quarter deals and CRM (Salesforce), engage C-suite and pharmacy leaders, navigate governance and contracting, deliver market intelligence, and ensure smooth handoffs to operations. Travel up to 50%.

Lead and supervise Patient Support Associates to ensure medication adherence and timely prior authorizations. Manage scheduling, audits, coaching, performance management, workflows with hospital partners, training, onboarding, reporting, and occasional overflow clinical work while maintaining confidentiality and meeting service-level goals.

Lead end-to-end program setup and PMO for specialty pharmacy implementations across health systems. Design and manage multi-site implementations involving clinical workflows, EMR integrations, IT, 340B, payer and medication access, and AI automation. Coordinate cross-functional teams and third parties, manage multiple concurrent deployments, track milestones/risks, deliver executive communications, drive adoption, create playbooks, and continuously optimize operations to ensure successful go-lives and sustainable processes.

Partner with operations and accounting to produce site-level P&Ls, forecasts, and margin analyses; automate reporting, build dashboards, support month-end close, and deliver financial insights to senior leadership to drive revenue and gross-margin improvements.
