Travel up to 50%.

Lead and supervise Patient Support Associates to ensure medication adherence and timely prior authorizations. Manage scheduling, audits, coaching, performance management, workflows with hospital partners, training, onboarding, reporting, and occasional overflow clinical work while maintaining confidentiality and meeting service-level goals.

Lead executive-facing specialty pharmacy implementations for health systems from contract to go-live and optimization. Drive strategy, change management, workforce planning, project governance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment. Build executive relationships, present analyses and roadmaps, and ensure operational readiness while traveling frequently to partner sites.

Partner with executive leadership to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives: financial modeling, market and competitive analysis, business case development, operational improvements, M&A evaluation, and executive-level communications to drive growth and performance.
