Overview
Our Administrative Staff will provide essential support to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role involves handling clerical tasks, coordinating office activities, and assisting management and employees with administrative needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation (physicaland digital).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks such as invoices and billings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide general support to visitors and staff.
HR Support
Onboarding, Offboarding & Benefits Support
- Coordinate logistics for new hires, including preparing workstations, IT equipment requests, welcome kits, and scheduling onboarding sessions.
- Assist in the offboarding process, including collecting company assets, preparing clearance forms, and archiving exit documents.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).Proven experience in administrative or clerical work.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
