Responsibilities- Taking care of office supplies, including kitchen supplies
- Maintaining office space
- Inventorying and managing company gadgets
- Preparing welcome packs for new employees
- Supporting the organization of meetings, job fairs, conferences and other events
- Reception support
- Other entrusted work
- Good knowledge of English
- Accuracy and commitment in fulfilling the entrusted duties
