We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business and Client Services (BCS) team at Mercer. This role will be based in Phoenix, Salt Lake City or Denver areas and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
As the Office Admin (OA), you will assist in organizing and managing local client and carrier events for the designated office and growth team. Key responsibilities include overseeing meeting and event planning, managing expenses, logistics, travel arrangements, and backup support to Office Leader.
We will count on you to:
Plan, coordinate and execute client and office events, from concept through completion
Assist local marketing efforts via coordination of email communication outreach and campaigns

Support multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Place and coordinate catering deliveries in partnership with office services
Support recruiting efforts for the local office, including campus hires and interns
Act as a cultural ambassador and assist with office and client events
Help facilitate onboarding and training for new consultants, as needed
Distribute time-sensitive office communications promptly
Support the planning and execution of local Colleague Resource Group (CRG) events
Serve as the primary coordinator for office Business Resiliency Management activities
Manage and resolve office space issues, coordinating with MMC Tech for any technology requirements
