SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team in various administrative and HR-related tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining our fast-paced startup environment and helping our team stay organized and efficient. You'll be the go-to person for managing orders, coordinating with vendors, ordering office supplies and refreshments, welcoming guests, and overseeing cleaning services. You'll also assist employees with various administrative requests, help with new hire onboarding, support the HR team, and handle meeting room management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize administrative tasks and coordinate to ensure the flow of the office management
  • Greeting and supporting visitors and employees 
  • Accepting deliveries and handling receipts
  • Manage office supply
  • Assisting in logistics and organizing company events/conferences.
  • Organizing meetings and managing databases
  • Manage office maintenance 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous relevant experience in administration - A Must!
  • Excellent organizational skills
