An exceptional and exciting career opportunity is currently available for a NPI Marketing Manager– Stationary APAC, reporting to General Manager Regional LOB, owns and executes NPI projects aligned with the roadmap set by the company.
ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:
- Executes NPI projects aligned with the roadmap set by Strategic Marketing
- Applies Strategic Marketing competencies within specific NPI projects
- Builds deep understanding of target segments for the NPI: customer needs, segmentation, competitive landscape, value chain, profit pools, trends, and regulations
- Engages customers, industry experts, trade shows, and market research to refine the problem statement
- Develops NPI business cases: market opportunity, financials, value proposition
- Lead NPI projects through stage gates in coordination with Strategic Marketing
- Oversees product launch with Customer Marketing teams
- Drives NPI performance for 1 to 2 years, then transitioning ownership to Product Management
- Build sales pipeline for new launches; transition ownership after steady state (~1–2 years post-launch)
- Maintains close relationships with key distributor partners and customers
- Complete the daily tasks that manager assigned
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field of Thermal and Power Engineering/Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering/HVAC Engineering
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Offering/Product Management, proven track record of driving revenue growth in related industries
- Strong experience of leading and driving NPI projects
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentations skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint/ Excel/ Word etc,
- Good at market research, data collection, analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
