OFFERING ASSISTANT, MOOMIN ARABIA 

Created by the beloved artist and author Tove Jansson, the Moomins have been enchanting people across the globe since the 1940s. Moomin Arabia products are about escaping our busy lives into the delightful world of the Moomins, even if it is just for a short while. 

 

OUR ROLE 

At Moomin Arabia, we bring products to life that inspire joy and celebrate the spirit of the Moomins. Now, we are looking for an Offering Assistant to support our Offering and Portfolio team in delivering products that delight fans around the world. In this role, you will help facilitate the end-to-end product development process, acting as a key coordinator across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on actions and deliverables. You will play a key role in tracking development timelines, managing product documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines. 

 

This full time role reports to our Head of Offering & Portfolio, Moomin Arabia and will be based at our global HQ in Espoo, Finland. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO AT MOOMIN ARABIA 

  • Assist in maintaining product sheets, tracking key development milestones, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met 

  • Ensure packaging material briefs are complete and accurate before submission 

  • Update and manage project files with the latest product information, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date 

  • Coordinate the receipt, organization, and storage of product samples, ensuring timely tracking and accessibility of photo and sales samples 

  • Collaborate with the compliance and quality teams to confirm product specifications meet regulatory and internal standards before moving forward 

  • Provide support in tracking and managing costs related to product development, including testing, sampling, and shipment costs 

 

WHO YOU ARE 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in product development, project coordination, or a similar role 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines 

  • Detail oriented with experience managing product documentation and tracking key project milestones 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams 

  • Comfortable working independently while ensuring alignment with stakeholders 

  • Proficiency in working with project tracking tools and Excel or similar data management systems
