The RoleThe OEM Network Specialist acts as a consultative partner to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers to ensure a positive experience by maximizing the value and benefit of CCC’s OEM NET products and services. Maintains a deep knowledge of OEM, industry, product, and role in the market. Manages the industry relations portfolio to assist in OEM onboarding certified repair facilities, and creates new OEM implementations, training, and program performance reviews to ensure the client experience is seamless and consistent. Works cross-functionally with CCC account team to ensure key tasks are being managed successfully. This position is embedded into the customer organization with regular presence on-site as specified by the customer, located in Costa Mesa.


 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the designated OEM point of contact for day-to-day account management related to certified networks and projects.
  • Develop and execute service strategies aligned to client goals and measurable outcomes
  • Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and adoption of CCC products and services
  • Partner with OEM Account Director & Manager to identify and support expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Educates internal teams on new OEM Certified Repair Network (CRN) objectives and projects.
  • Receives OEM issues, conducts research to clarify and resolve issues, and communicates resolution to the customer support team for ongoing educational purposes and improved customer support.
  • Oversees CRN shop agreements and takes a proactive approach with upcoming renewals.
  • Develop and maintain executive-ready reporting that highlights progress, value realization, and ROI
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to advocate for client needs and provide input on enhancements, roadmap priorities, and workflow improvements
  • Facilitate executive-level meetings, workflow reviews, and regular status updates
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for internal teams
  • Supports new program rollouts/launches in conjunction with Product and other cross-functional teams.
  • Communicates with OEM dealers and field representatives regarding network updates and initiatives.
     


 

Requirements:

Relevant Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3 + years of project management or related work experience
  • 2 + years of client-facing consulting, advisory, or customer success role
  • OEM or OEM Dealer exposure/experience a plus
  • Demonstrated track record of running analytics on complex data sets and presentations of results to internal and external audiences at various degrees of seniority.
  • 4 days onsite presence as designated by customer in Costa Mesa.
