To strengthen our OEM and industry collaboration, we are looking for a OE Partnerships & Development Manager Forest and Grasscare.

In this role, you will take ownership of building and expanding strategic partnerships with OEMs and key industry players. You combine strong relationship building with commercial drive, turning partnership potential into measurable business growth 

You work closely with Category Management, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams, ensuring that partnerships translate into real value for customers and the business. 

 

Your role 

You are the driving force behind developing and expanding our OEM and industry partnerships. 

You build relationships with key decision makers across the industry and translate opportunities into structured business pipelines and commercial results. You identify new partners, open doors across the ecosystem, and negotiate agreements that strengthen our assortment, competitiveness and growth. 

This is a senior, externally facing role where you represent Kramp towards OEMs and industry partners while acting internally as a trusted sparring partner for commercial teams. 

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Identify, approach and secure new OEM and industry partnerships from lead generation to agreement. 

  • Build and maintain senior relationships with stakeholders such as CEOs, sales directors, product managers and procurement leaders. 

  • Expand and leverage your network within the forest and grasscare ecosystem. 

  • Develop structured pipelines that translate opportunities into measurable growth. 
     

Business planning & commercial development 

  • Create joint partner business plans with clear growth targets, initiatives and timelines. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve assortment strength, availability and competitiveness. 

  • Drive category and partner growth through well-structured initiatives and execution. 

  • Take ownership of the procurement performance of your partner portfolio, ensuring competitive purchasing conditions, strong supplier performance and delivery against key procurement KPIs. 
     

Cross-functional collaboration 

  • Support go-to-market strategies and sell-in/sell-out programs for key partners. 

  • Align internal stakeholders around partnership strategies and business cases. 

  • Provide structured updates, insights and decision-ready proposals to internal leadership. 

 

Who are you? 

You are a commercially driven relationship builder who thrives in complex stakeholder environments. You combine strong industry knowledge with the ability to create trust quickly and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. 

You are confident engaging with senior leaders and technical experts alike, while maintaining a pragmatic, collaborative mindset. 

You also bring: 

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, category management, key account management or market development 

  • Proven experience in building partnerships, opening new channels or growing strategic accounts 

  • You come from within the machinery ecosystem or closely related industries, such as: Forestry and grasscare or garden machinery 

  • Strong negotiation skills with measurable commercial results 

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a “no doors are closed” attitude 

  • High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills 

  • Ability to work independently and structure complex opportunities into clear actions
