As the On-Demand Solutions, Sales & Channels Leader you will lead relevant processes and execute commercial intensity relating to our direct sales and channels business. You will collaborate with relevant OFS stakeholders to ensure our objectives are met.
As Sales & Channels Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and developing market information to understand current and potential space for Direct sales and channels business.
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
- Developing Technical & Marketing enablement plans to the channel partners in the regions.
- Collaborating with OFS Channels leaders and Region leaders to propel commercial intensity and visibility regarding critical execution. Handling important clients for a product line. Handling big or challenging markets or multi country
- Understanding and complying with the channels processes and policies having full consciousness to compliance and commercial risk.
- Developing a sustainable pipeline to positively impact short-term execution and long-term strategic growth objectives while maintaining margins.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Native Chinese Languages Speaker
- Professional proficiency in English
- Have relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management and/or Commercial roles.
- Have good sales and commercial skills.
- Have good technical knowledge and the ability to strategize, analyze and resolve problems.
- Have an understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss and cash-flow management.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead programs, projects and/or campaigns in a complex matrix environment.
Location: China with business trips to Caspian region
