We are seeking a diligent and analytical ODM Business Operations Manager to join NVIDIA’s Data Center organization — the team constructing the world’s AI factories. In this position, you will assist in developing how NVIDIA partners with the globe’s top manufacturing collaborators to bring forth next-generation AI infrastructure. You’ll be a member of a fast-paced, data-driven team that merges engineering, operations, and finance into one execution engine. We appreciate individuals who transform data into insight, insight into action, and action into measurable outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate with top ODMs and NVIDIA teams to build scalable processes, efficient operations, and data-driven insights for the AI supply chain.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead business operations and analytics across NVIDIA’s ODM ecosystem, enabling manufacturing scalability and operational rigor.

  • Develop and maintain data-driven operational models and dashboards to track capacity, yield, and shipment performance across partners.

  • Partner with Finance, Operations, WWFO, and Product teams to connect operational metrics with financial outcomes.

  • Implement governance frameworks, standardized important metrics, and regular reviews to develop accountability and transparency across global sites.

  • Collaborate with ODMs and internal teams to boost data accuracy, efficiency visibility, and process automation.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business, or Finance or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).

  • 12+ years of experience in hardware operations, manufacturing analytics, or financial planning — ideally within data center, semiconductor, or hyperscaler environments.

  • Proven strength in data analysis, modeling, and visualization using tools including Tableau and Microsoft Office.

  • Proficient knowledge of ODM/OEM business structures, production processes, and logistics operations.

  • Outstanding communication and execution skills— you can transform data into clear insights and collaborate effectively across global teams for implementation.

  • A track record of excelling in fast-paced, cross-functional environments where accuracy, speed, and collaboration matter.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Demonstrated ability to build predictive modeling frameworks that link operational data with business outcomes.

  • Proven success driving process automation or analytics transformation within a complex manufacturing or supply-chain network.

  • Sound comprehension of supply chain management, optimizing manufacturing processes, and performing scenario analysis for substantial operations.

  • Experience collaborating across engineering, finance, and operations to solve high-impact business challenges.

  • Passion for translating data into strategy — turning operational insights into measurable results that advance NVIDIA’s AI Factory mission.
