As an Organizational Development (OD) Specialist, you will play a central role in fostering a winning culture at McCain. This role is key in building a future-ready workforce that champions diversity, inclusivity, and continuous development. Working closely with business leaders, HR partners, and the CE Director of OD and Learning, you will help identify development needs, design impactful solutions, and contribute to a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.
This is a CE role, and your main office will be in one of our locations in this region. You will travel regularly to our European main office in Villeneuve-d'Ascq.
Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of OD programs that engage, retain, and develop our employees.
- Communication Campaigns: Develop and execute creative communication initiatives to drive cultural transformation and promote our Winning Culture.
- DEI Leadership: Lead and co-manage DEI projects, working alongside Talent Acquisition to support inclusive recruitment strategies, especially in manufacturing.
- Facilitation & Training: Plan and facilitate OD workshops, training sessions, and focus groups with diverse employee groups.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and use data to inform OD strategies in areas such as DEI, engagement, and succession planning.
- Talent Development Coordination: Partner with regional and global stakeholders to support programs like mentoring and talent talks.
- Partnership Building: Establish internal and external partnerships to support our OD goals, sharing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Key Relationships: You will collaborate frequently with internal stakeholders, including HR partners and learning specialists, and maintain connections with external training providers and industry networks.

You foster inclusivity and trust, creating a safe environment for open dialogue and collaboration. With a strong commitment to continuous learning, you focus on simplifying and enhancing processes.
Here's what you also bring:
- Proven experience in program and project management with a talent for balancing multiple initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, with experience using digital tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- Basic knowledge of DEI principles, change management, and cultural transformation, with an eagerness to expand expertise in these areas.
- Competence in data analysis to inform decision-making and improvement in learning programs.
- Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch proficiency is advantageous).
