Job purpose:
Aa a Commercial Academy lead you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of our commercial functions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing capabilities that enhance our sales and customer engagement efforts. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring our company remains competitive and responsive to market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial capabilities strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance, and global learning, to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions that drive commercial success
  • Design and implement training programs, tools, and resources to enhance the skillset and performance of commercial teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, systems, and workflows related to commercial operations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of commercial capabilities and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Act as a subject matter expert on commercial capabilities, providing guidance and support to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the commercial capabilities team


About You:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, or marketing within the consumer-packaged goods industry
  • Proven Experience in Food Service, Sales
  • Good experience with customer journey, CRM, data&digital, kpi management, project management of transformation
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems; experience with data analytics tools is desirable (e.g., Power BI)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
