Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Work location is Camp Humphreys, Korea.

    • Responsible for overall contract performance, formulating and enforcing work standards; assigning schedules; reviewing work discrepancies; supervising contractor personnel; and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
    • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle for complex IT programs, from initiation through closeout.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk management plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource allocations.
    • Coordinate efforts across technical and functional teams, including vendors, to deliver project outcomes on time and within budget.
    • Monitor and report project progress using earned value and other performance metrics.
    • Conduct regular stakeholder briefings and ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.
    • Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies proactively.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, contract requirements, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications

 Requirements:

  • Experience with delivering project reports and communicating/coordinating with team members.
  • Experience in managing complex IT-projects valued over $2 million and/or affecting 1,000 or more customers in the past 10 years.
  • Experience in providing guidance and oversight ensuring rapid responsiveness to customer requests for technical support and change requests.

Shall possess:1) Ten (10) or more years of experience managing DoD and IT related O&M support, including direct supervision of IT support staff and familiarity with DoD IM/IT governance models2) Education: BA/BS in information technology or related discipline3) Certification: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) ITIL V3, CASP+, CCNP4) SECRET Clearance


Security Clearance:

  • Must possess a minimum active Secret clearance at time of appointment.
  • Must maintain clearance eligibility throughout employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing projects in a Department of Defense (DoD) or government contracting environment.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle, risk management, and contract compliance.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent).

Work Environment:

  • Primarily on-site in a secure facility, may require on-call availability and after-hours work during outages or upgrades.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work in a high-security environment and comply with all relevant security protocols.
  • Occasional travel to support sites or customers.
  • May involve lifting, installing, or moving server and network hardware.

If hired for this position, the base salary range would be within the range provided. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to work location, skills, experience, gov con contractual requirements, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Empower AI's total compensation package for employees.

Pay Band MinUSD $110,940.00/Yr. Pay Band MaxUSD $171,720.00/Yr.

Skills Required
