As the OCI Lead, you will manage a global team of infrastructure consultants while playing a key role in developing best practices and ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities- Ability to lead the design and oversee the implementation of cloud infrastructure solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with focus on high availability, disaster recovery, and security.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop pricing models, service packages, and offerings to ensure competitiveness and value proposition.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on proactive issue resolution while acting as the escalation point for OCI-related incidents.
- Review and analyze cloud spending, identifying opportunities for cost reduction or optimization.
- Oversee performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure cloud resources meet business demands.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical team with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation and prepare reports on cloud usage, performance metrics, and cost analysis
- 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with at least 3-5 years focused on OCI
- Strong hands-on experience with OCI including compute, storage, networking, database services and OCI monitoring and management tools
- In-depth knowledge of cloud security practices, including IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
