We Offer

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Review and interpret RFQs, identifying scope, complexity, and missing information. 

  • Translate RFQs into Maersk‑aligned bid formats using systems such as AFLS, CoPo/Athena, Negotiation Platform or SFDC, etc. 

  • Coordinate with Pricing, Product, and Sales to validate operational feasibility and rate accuracy. 

  • Ensure correct application of commercial product logic (FT, inland, DRY PORT logic, SOC/NOR, IMO, surcharges, etc.). 

  • Validate data accuracy and eliminate errors before submission. 

  • Ensure compliance with pricing governance and approval flows. 

  • Deliver complete, error‑free tender outputs within agreed TAT. 

  • Align with Sales on deviations, clarifications, and required approvals. 

  • Support smooth transition to Contract Management for awarded tenders. 

  • Track tender performance, quality indicators, and cycle times. 

  • Share insights on system gaps and support enhancements to AFLS Negotiation Platform, SFDC. 

  • Participate in huddles and best‑practice sharing across areas. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduate 

  • At least 2 years Tender - related experience and contract management.

  • Tender process knowledge or any similar work experience is required. 

  • Strong communicator with Sales Team and Customer Success Partners. 

  • With relevant experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, supply chain operations. 

  • Good English communications skills  

  • MS Office Proficient including Excel. 

  • Strong knowledge and navigation of AFLS/Athena is an advantage. 

  • Amenable to a morning shift schedule and open to work in Pasig City.
