Our mission is to develop and maintain the Observability Platform as a product for development teams: build, automate, and scale solutions for monitoring, logging, and tracing (ELK, VictoriaMetrics, PagerDuty, Opentelemetry, Grafana, etc.).
Your tasks will include:- Design and develop the observability platform
- Integrate and automate the collection and visualization of metrics, logs, and traces
- Solve advanced monitoring challenges for high-load systems
- Collaborate with developers to implement observability best practices
- Tune and support highly available, fault-tolerant solutions
- Experience working with the observability stack: ELK, VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus, PagerDuty, Opentelemetry
- Strong understanding of observability principles: monitoring, logging, tracing
- Linux administration skills
- Confident automation skills (Bash, Python/Go)
- Ability to build high availability and high-performance solutions
- Experience with Git, Terraform, Ansible
- English proficiency — reading and writing
- Experience developing production-grade observability solutions
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines
