We are currently seeking a OBD Training & Development Intern for Summer 20206. This full-time position works for approximately 37.5 hours per week.   

Responsibilities:

• Practice key skills that demonstrate how creative thinking, technology, analysis, and problem-solving drive operational success in a major corporation 

• Gain confidence in navigating common systems used to operationalize and archive training content as you identify problems, recommend solutions, and improve how the business functions 

• Meet regularly with your department supervisor to receive personalized coaching and mentorship 

• Cultivate new relationships in a fast-growing oncology company developing novel therapies for the betterment of patients

• Present a business solution based on your project work showcasing your understanding and contributions to the department and overall business.

Qualifications: 

• Open to all majors, with a strong preference for candidates with project management experience, including those pursuing degrees in Business, Computer Information Systems, English, Marketing, or other related fields. Ideal candidates are those passionate about project management and data governance.

• Proven track record in planning, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to high-quality standards.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge and maintain robust professional relationships within a diverse network

• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts swiftly, adapt seamlessly to evolving environments, and proactively take initiative in a fast-paced setting.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding others in both formal and informal contexts. Skilled in managing multiple priorities and driving results.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, adept at engaging effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and across varied experiences and backgrounds.

• Microsoft Office 360 and SharePoint (or other file repository platform) experience preferred.
