Per Diem OB Hospitalist opportunity at Palms West - South Florida!
ResponsibilitiesPediatrix & Obstetrix® is hiring an experienced, Board Certified OB/GYN Hospitalist for per diem coverage at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee/West Palm Beach, FL.
Position Highlights- Join a 4-physician team providing 24/7 labor & delivery coverage
- Shifts are 24 hours in house
- Responsibilities: OB triage, deliveries, patient management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, ER coverage
- Support from Level III NICU, MFMs, neonatologists, and pediatric subspecialists
- Over 1,800 annual deliveries and 3,200 triage encounters
- Specific dates needed: October 9, 11, 20, 23, 24, 25, 29. There may be future dates as well.
- 204-bed acute care facility with over 30 years of service
- Offers a full-service children’s hospital and Level III NICU
- Hosts pediatric residency and medical school rotations
- Accredited by The Joint Commission and other organizations
Qualifications
- Board Certification in OB/GYN with recent experience
- Active FL license or active IMLC required
