The o9 Supply Planning SME is responsible for designing, configuring and delivering end to end supply planning solutions on o9 platform. This role bridges business planning requirements and technical implementation by owning supply planning logic, o9 data models, integrations and solution performance. SP SME would work closely with business planners, technical teams and ERP stakeholders to ensure scalable, accurate and user-adopted planning solutions.
How you will contribute
- Design and implement o9 Supply Planning processes along with business stakeholders
- Capacity and constraint- based planned
- Multi-level BOM and network planning
- Lead times, lot sizing, calendars and planning horizons
- Translate business requirements into planning policies, constraints and solver
- Validate planning results and ensure alignment with manufacturing and distribution realities
- Build and maintain o9 planning models
- Define and support integrations between o9 and ERP (SAP ECC/S4, APO/ePPDS)
- Work with data teams on
- Master Data (BOM, routing, resources, calendars)
- Transactional data (demand, inventory, orders)
- Support outbound integration of planning outputs- Planned Orders, STRs, STOs, production proposals
- Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and error handling

- Exposure to IBP/S&OP/MPS processes

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication with both technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and own deliverables
- Problem Solving mindset with a focus on solution quality and business outcomes
