NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists (NVIS) deploy and support some of the world's most advanced AI infrastructure. Every deployment generates critical technical knowledge that enables faster execution, higher quality, and better customer outcomes. As NVIS continues to scale globally, knowledge management has become a strategic capability that directly impacts deployment velocity, operational excellence, and organizational learning. We are looking for a Knowledge Management Program Manager to guide and enhance the NVIS Knowledge Management initiative. This role is accountable for outlining the strategy, governance, operating model, and roadmap for knowledge management across NVIS.
You will direct the development of our Knowledge Management platform while encouraging organization-wide adoption, governance, content management powered by intelligent systems, and integration with NVIDIA's broader training and AI initiatives. You will ensure that technical knowledge is gathered, standardized, supervised, and readily available to accelerate AI Factory deployments worldwide! This role demands critical thinking and outstanding program leadership. It requires influencing others without authority. The role also needs skills to develop scalable programs that improve how an organization collects, shares, and employs knowledge.
What you'll be doing:
Define and lead the long-term strategy, roadmap, and governance model for the NVIS Knowledge Management program.
Guide the creation of the Knowledge Base platform into the definitive reference for deployment, operational, and technical documentation across NVIS.
Establish program metrics and executive dashboards to measure adoption, content quality, knowledge coverage, operational health, and business impact.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify knowledge creation, improve discoverability, and increase organizational adoption.
Champion AI-enabled knowledge management, intelligent search capabilities, and automated content generation workflows.
Partner closely with NVIDIA Training & Education to align technical documentation, learning content, and enablement programs.
Drive organization-wide knowledge adoption through communications, organizational change, executive reporting, and engagement strategies.
Lead a small Knowledge Management team, providing direction, prioritization, and operational leadership while encouraging continuous improvement.
Represent NVIS within WWFO and influence enterprise-wide knowledge management practices and platform direction.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Knowledge Management, Communications, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
8+ years of program management, knowledge management, technical operations, or related experience leading complex multi-functional initiatives.
Consistent record in establishing or expanding enterprise Knowledge Management programs, including governance, content lifecycle oversight, and adoption strategies.
Demonstrated ability to define strategy, independently complete, and deliver measurable business outcomes with minimal direction.
Experience working with enterprise Knowledge Management or IT Service Management systems.
Experience developing executive-level metrics, dashboards, and program reporting.
Outstanding communication, executive presentation, and collaborator leadership skills.
Strong analytical outlook with the ability to use data to drive prioritization, decision making, and continuous improvement.
Ability to influence across organizations without direct authority.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience supporting AI infrastructure, data center operations, technical services, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale deployment organizations.
Experience implementing ServiceNow Knowledge Management solutions.
Experience integrating AI technologies into knowledge management workflows, including AI-assisted content generation, intelligent search, or retrieval-augmented systems.
Knowledge Management Professional (KMP) certification or similar formal knowledge management training.
Passion for redefining organizational knowledge into a strategic business capability that improves execution speed, quality, and operational excellence.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
